It is interesting to move the water around with the stick but I thought the best thing was watching the fish zip through the water. Also, the guide got a bucket of water and put it in the boat and we could see the tiny pinpricks of light moving around in the water

Steve called early in the day to let us know that the bay was not glowing on the night of our tour. We only had one night in Vieques, so we were not able to reschedule this tour, but had plenty of time to figure out something else. I appreciate the communication, even though we didn't get to go on the tour!
