Matt was a wonderful tour guide. He made all of the arrangements. Enjoyed being part of a smaller group. Japan is very clean and safe. I would recommend not going during a Japanese holiday we went during Golden Week and it was very busy. The tour has lots of steps. If you have difficulty walking be sure to tell Matt ahead of time so he can help out.

Matt and Rena were amazing tour guides and companions! My Dad and I were truly blown away by how much they were able to pack in, in just three days. We saw so many historical and fun sites, completely tailored to what us visitors wanted to see. We followed the agenda set out when it made the most sense, but was completely able to rejigger the activities based on the wants and needs of those of us on the tour. Matt was always running around, making sure we had tickets to the next site or making sure to save a place in line while we explored. The whole trip was a magical experience! Thank you Matt for everything!!
A wonderful 3 days touring Japan

Matt's service and willingness tohelp us made for an excellent tour experience. As we left Tokyo we all had resigned ourselves to have missed the Sakura blooming. To our great surprise the Sakura were in full bloom around Mt. Fuji, we were overjoyed! From the giant Buddha in Kamakura to the deer in Nara and the beautiful, rich countryside, the sights were amazing. Thank you Matt for making our tour so memorable.

The tour was excellent. Matt offered a full itinerary with plenty of flexibility to follow particular interests. We saw beautiful views of Mt Fuji and plenty of temples and shrines, as well as highlights of Osaka and Kyoto. I recommend getting started early and seeing a lot of the attractions without the tourists. The accommodations were great, with Japanese breakfasts and plenty of dinner recommendations were provided. Matt is a great tour guide, and offers a great experience in Japan.
