Overview

This is one of the most popular trip options, giving you and your guests a little taste of everything of the Palm Beaches leaving you wanting to come back time and time again. If you are looking to spend time underwater at one of the best snorkel/swimming spots in all of South Florida, North of the Keys, this is the trip for you! On this trip, you will spend at least 1 hour anchored off the Peanut Island beach, accessible only by boat, where an underwater oasis awaits! You can choose to use the other 2 hours however you wish. You can spend more time swimming, or explore the Palm Beach area from the water where our captain will point our some of the rich history, expensive homes and some of the biggest of mega yachts. With warm and shallow waters, full snorkel gear isn't even needed and can be enjoyed by every age! Simply bring your towels and goggles and fall in loves with the vibrant marine life under the waves.

Meeting points

Travelers will meet the vessel captain at the Marina Office prior to departure. Look for the flagpole and picnic tables. Restrooms avail upstairs upon arrival. **TO AVOID LOST TRIP TIME** All guests are required to be present and ready to board at least 15 minutes prior to their departure time.

Peanut Island Park

Peanut Island sits in the middle of the Intracoastal Waterway and is only accessible by boat. This man made island, created with the creation of the Lake Worth inlet, features some of the best beaches in all of Florida. Even more spectacular is the underwater views of thousands of colorful marine life at the snorkel lagoon. With shallow water around the best snorkeling spots, all you need is your pair of goggles. Full snorkel gear is not required.

Downtown West Palm Beach (Pass By)

As part of the 3 hour sightseeing and sandbar tour, we venture down historic Palm Beach Islands with all its concentrated wealth, discover the rich history of the area and pass by many of the worlds most expensive mega yachts. Downtown West Palm Beach and even Mar-A-Lago can been seen right from the waters edge.

Singer Island (Pass By)

As we make our way around, touring the Palm Beaches we are first greeted with Singer Island with a rich history as we pass under the famous Blue Heron Bridge.
Manatee Lagoon (Pass By)

There is a reason we have a free to guests attraction on land called Manatee Lagoon, we have hundreds of them during peek season (Dec-March). On our boating adventure, we pass right by to see what all the hype is about. Don't be surprised to spot many Manatees, Sea Turtles, Rays and more along our trip and while swimming at Peanut Island, its not uncommon to be up close and personal.

If you're looking for a unique experience aboard a fantastic boat, with a fun and knowledgeable captain, look no further than Sandhill Charters with Captain Matt!!! He made us all (6 women) feel safe, have fun, and share his knowledge about the area and what makes it uniquely special! We had a great time on the boat and off at Peanut Island. It was a slice of paradise on our West Palm Beach vacation!
