Absolutely a 5-star operation. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Their briefings on safety, process and information about the wildlife were first-rate. They provided snacks, lunch and tea/coffee, plus a glass of champagne as a reward at the end. Nicole and Evan, who led our snorkling adventures, were outstanding. The photographer, Caitlin Grace, was not only a great photographer but a wonderful guide and conversationalist. All up, we had three turns with the whale shark as well as a practice snorkel at the reef beforehand. We were out in the open ocean past the reef, so there was a current, local chop and a big rolling swell, which made swimming more challenging, but the staff kept us calm and safe. Highly recommended.

We did the off season whale shark tour on Oct 5th, 2024. Our expectations were pretty low as it is the tail end of the whale shark season, but the trip ended up being really, really good. The crew was great & the food was varied & really nice. The crew did a great job of getting everyone into the water for the whale shark swims, which is a little bit of controlled chaos. The afternoon drift snorkle was also really good. I'm horrible with names, but the crew was really good. Marika, Annabelle,Tatiana (?) Robbie & the skipper -thanks for a fun day (and I apologize for missing & incorrect names).

We recently on 11 th of September took a Whale Shark Boat Trip with Three Island Whale Shark Tours. Fantastic experience. Very professional,friendly supportive team. Once in a lifetime experience . Staff are all enthusiastic and passionate about Ningaloo . Despite not being a strong swimmer they gave me so much support and confidence to improve by snorkelling skills and to achieve swimming with a whale shark. Despite doing a session with wetsuit,flippers and goggles I managed to jump off the boat and loose my mask on entering the water just as I was suppose to see the whale shark!!!! Thought I had blown it but Marika immediately saw the issue. Very professionally .Allowed me to use her goggles to see the whale shark. Without her this would of not occurred. Outstanding and professional in her role and maintained high standards of safety. All the staff where brilliant. Apologies for not remembering all the names Thankyou Robbie for your great photos of the day and your great role to the team. Great food and amenities on the boat. Would absolutely recommend this trip to others Will remember always. Thankyou . Fiona and Kim Swan. ps We will be back!!!! Maybe the Humpback’s !!!!!

My experience with Three Islands will stay with me forever. The wonder of swimming with the most incredible sea life, whale sharks and humpbacks was matched by their attentive, friendly, educational and passionate staff. Three Islands made us all feel special from pick up to drop off. The food was varied and delicious too. 10 stars.

What an awesome experience!!! Sea life galore inc. fish,sharks,turtles,stingrays, whale sharks and humpback whales. Swimming with the whale sharks a highlight. Finished with a spectacular viewing of a pod of humpbacks. The crew on our tour were extremely professional and assisted everyone. Thanks girls and guys for a fantastic experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company if you plan on doing a cruise. Cheers Alex and Jenny
