Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee is listed in the "Exclusions" section of this product.
The Service Operator is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

Our driver was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about our next part of our holiday. The ride was over before we knew it.

Great transfert from Anaheim hotel to Universal Studios and back

Had great time with Doug during the drives to and from Universal Studios. Doug arrived a bit earlier at the hotel in the morning and managed to avoid most of the LA traffic jams while driving safely. He was awaiting me on time at designed location in the evening for the return drive. Doug was very friendly during both trips and had plenty of annecdotes to share, and we had fun time talking about the LA lifestyle or the upcoming Olympics.

Shuttle from Disneyland to Universal

Alex was a great driver. Very helpful and contacted us on the pickup indicating he’d be 10 minutes late due to traffic. We were able to bring a car seat on too. Very roomy and comfortable van for our group of 11 (7 adults 4 children) A long commute 1 hour + but not much you can do about LA traffic
