Overview

This isn't your regular nose-to-tail riding. We offer horseback adventure! We are located right on the North-East coast where the views are fantastic, with a wide range of caribbean and desert wonders, such as beautiful cacti, beaches, sand dunes, and a fantastic ocean view. You will walk, trot, and canter along the most beautiful scenery that Aruba has to offer. Come join us and take this off your bucket list! The tours are 90 minutes non-stop riding, with small breaks at the beaches so you can take pictures if you would like to do so. No one gets off the horse during our tours. We don't park the horses during the tour.

Itinerary

    Our guide will meet you upon arrival at the ranch and accompany you to the stables to begin the riding instructions. Riding instructions is required before anyone gets to mount their horse. After the instructions the guides will assign each rider to their horse according to their riding experience.

  • Arikok National Park (Pass By)

    You start off in the park as soon as you leave the Ranch, as we are located right on the northern coast. Once in the area you will have ocean view all the way to the beaches. You get to ride the north coast and feel the strong breeze and waves around you. All of this with personal attention to you in our small groups that ensure safety first and fun at all times.

  • Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins (Pass By)

    Experience the gold rush history of Aruba as you pass by the Bushiribana gold mill ruins. The abandoned Bushiribana gold mill once processed ore from mines in the nearby hills during Aruba's gold rush of the nineteenth century. Learn about the history of the Gold Mine Ranch and surrounding areas as you explore on horseback. As you pass the ruins you will ride towards the splash bay and arrive at the first beach; Budui Beach.

Horseback riding on the beach was on my lifetime bucket list. It was everything I dreamed it would be! The kind, professional staff ensured everyone was safe and had a great time. First timers in the saddle had just as much as a great time as experienced riders. They even stopped a few times for some great photos.

Great time, hour and a half on the horse A group of 7. The horses love to run so be ready!!. Great scenery and tour guides. Make sure you wear a hat that wont blow off and sneakers or boots.

This tour lasted about 90 minutes and this was the perfect length of time. If it went much longer, my ass would have been very sore! The guides who ran the tour ensured that the horses and riders stayed on track during the entire tour. We made several stops at predetermined sites and there was plenty of time to take pictures. You can’t always get a good picture of yourself so, the tour guides would use your phone to take pictures of you. At various times, the horses would walk, trot and gallop. They never truly ran, which was good for the average rider’s safety. My horse, Torisio, was perfect for a person with my level of experience. I’ve probably ridden about 10 times with all of these being on vacations. Overall, I felt comfortable and safe on this tour and I’d definitely recommend them.

This was the best horse ride I have ever been on! I am an experienced rider, so, often when I go on rides with my less-experienced friends/family, the rides are nice but nothing special. This ride was quite the contrary! The ride was exciting for all!! In our group of 6 we had new riders to experienced and all felt it was the highlight of our vacation!! The horses were beautiful and the guides were fantastic!!! This was not just a plod-along ride. The scenery was gorgeous and the guides were so great at being sure we got photos to remember the awesome time!!! Can't say enough about Gold Mine Ranch!!!! Thanks for the great time!!
