Our activity is more than just a cooking class; it’s an immersive journey into making excellent pizza, backed by years of catering experience. We use organic, Demeter biodynamic, genuine, and high-quality Italian ingredients to ensure sustainability and health. Learn about Mother Yeast sourdough and how to serve authentic Italian aperitifs. Each participant will receive a piece of our 7-year-old sourdough starter, ideal for baking bread, braids, pastries, and pizza. Enjoy exquisite regional Swiss and the finest Italian wines from Piemonte (Italy). Additionally, you’ll make original tiramisu using a cherished family recipe. Beginning: Aperitivo & wine Homemade pizza & focaccia Delve into the art of making classic Italian PIZZA and FOCACCIA using our treasured 7-year-old sourdough starter. Get your hands dirty as you learn the secrets of kneading and shaping the perfect dough. We drink only carefully curated organic wines from the Piemont region. Tiramisu, made using my grandmother's recipe You'll not only learn to prepare authentic Italian dishes, but you'll also gain a deeper appreciation for the culture and traditions that surround them. Don't miss this unique opportunity to create lasting memories and discover the true flavors of Italy! So much fun, highly recommend!! Not only do you make fabulous food but you get a glimpse of life in Basel different then the tourist sites and hotels atmosphere. Anyone who enjoys learning different cultures should experience this adventure.

I never thought that just a family trip will brought me such a funny experience. I visited Basilea, looked for something to do and got with this. Excellent experience. The host are so lovely, we all have a nice time, plus learning to cook authentic Italian pizza. Coming from Buenos Aires, nothing much to envie. 100% recommended.
