Overview

I will custom tailor this experience to your needs and experience levels. We will enjoy a fun and energetic flow that will allow for mental clarity and calmness, an increase in body awareness, and an overall sense of peace.

Meeting points

We will be meeting at the main lifeguard station at La Jolla Shores Beach (8300 Camino Del Oro, La Jolla, CA 92037) I’ll be near the main entrance doors which face the ocean with a beach caddy full of yoga mats :) There is free parking at the lot or park along the street.

End point

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

Itinerary

No Yoga experience is necessary! Whether a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, we can all gain peace in our hearts and calmness in mind through yoga. This yoga experience will guide you through a fun and energetic flow while finding your personal mind-body connection. From our meeting point, we will walk together to a more quiet and secluded area on the beach. We'll begin with a brief meditation to quiet the mind. In this idyllic setting surrounded by palm trees and the gentle, soothing sound of the waves, you'll feel all your cares start to melt away as we dive into a blissful hour of yoga, custom-tailored to your needs and experience. The 1-hour session will conclude with an optional Lavender Essential oil forehead and temple massage, leaving you relaxed and refreshed. Note: Please allow up to 90 minutes for this experience which will provide a buffer time to walk to (and back) from our location on the beach.

Everything I hoped for and more

Fantastic experience! True Yogi at heart but always wanted to do it on the beach. The Instructor Cathy was fantastic and provided everything, good vibes, mat, water, lavender mist when it started getting hot, and a complimentary massage at the end on your face. 10/10 would do it again next time I’m in town! Don’t miss out on this

Cathy was a true professional. The yoga program she created was thoughtful and tailored to all levels. The beach spot selected was beautiful and peaceful. We highly recommend this class and hope to go again when in town.

Cathy is the most amazing yoga instructor. She made the yoga class a wonderful experience not only for the body but also for the mind. A lot of positive energy and mindfulness.
