Overview

On our Secret Food Tour: Boston, you'll savor the freshest seafood and the famous Italian dishes that have been a staple in the North End for the past 100 years. As you explore the vibrant culinary scene, you will learn about the city's 400-year history, one bite at a time. On this tour, you'll sample famous clam chowder, a fresh lobster roll, delightful Arancini, a classic Chicken Parmesan sandwich, and a mouth-watering dessert. Plus, don't forget our Secret Dish! As a private tour, everything works around you! Our start times are much more easy going, dates can open up. It's a much more intimate and cozy experience. No need to shout over other tourists, you will have every question answered, and leave feeling like a native yourself!

Meeting points

We will meet in front of the Registry of Motor Vehicles, near the Haymarket T Stop (The T is America's oldest subway). On warmer months, you will see brightly colored tables and benches near our meeting location. During the winter, this will be an empty brick area on John Fitzgerald Surface Road.

Best Day of our Trip!

Oh my gosh - this was my favorite party of the trip!!! Gabe was an outstanding guide!!! He was friendly, courteous, accommodating and so much fun! He was VERY knowledgeable about the food AND history of the city!! My husband loves history and he felt the same about this tour. The food was amazing, we had a great time and will definitely be telling our family and friends to sign up for this tour and REQUEST Gabe!!!!

Jayden was a terrific leader. She was able to move us along . There was a good selection of food . Plenty to eat. The restaurants were the best known not start ups . We sat enough, had bathroom available at certain places. She had interesting information. Expensive but worth it.
