All arriving passengers into Brisbane Airport are to proceed to the information counter where check in will occur with the Con-X-ion attendant. Passengers will then be directed to their departing shuttle. Both International and Domestic visitors will be provided with a personal 'meet and greet' service at the airport, and then a direct transfer to your CBD accommodation. Travel to your hotel efficiently and effectively - no waiting for cabs, carting your luggage to bus/train stops or spending a fortune on transfers. Choose from the following options... Both International and Domestic visitors have the opportunity for a personal meet and greet service at the airport, and then a direct transfer to your hotel located in the Central Business District (CBD) in Brisbane (including Kangaroo Point). This is the ideal way to start your holiday or business trip. The service operates 7 days a week and meets your flight. When making a booking, you will need to advise the following: • Flight details (Flight numbers and times), and • Brisbane accommodation details (Hotel name and address) Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Passenger transfers booked on the last coach service allocated for the day and arrive on a delayed flight therefore missing their allocated pick up will need to make alternative travel arrangements at their own expense, a full refund will be issued for the arrival journey. Your local tour operator is not responsible for delayed flights. If your flight has been delayed and you are NOT on the last service of the day, please contact the local tour operator and you will be put you on the next available service.

Easy to navigate -- especially getting out and going North. Or, going to the City by train. NICE that is it an indoor/outdoor kinda spot , given the predominant weather.

Driver was there on time. Helped with all the luggage and gave a brief overview of the city. He also told us what sights were near or hotel and what good restaurants were nearby. He was spot on.
