Overview

my experience offer a chance to know the chatina culture of my comunity. I live in the village and only with my experience you can visit 2 tradicional houses where the families produce cheese and tortillas, part of our economic activity. we will know our hot springs zone called atotonilco, and we will can give a litte shower to the horses in to the river and ride without sadle like the local people do it in raining season. This experience can be private for big families.

We will visit a village called San Jose Manialetepec, where families has a farmers and cattle activities. we wiill know my house where we can talk about our culture, we will visit a house for to see how to make tortillas. we will ride to the hot spring during 50 minutes with calm horses, where we will cross six times the manialtepec river. i offer enjoy of a great time for swim in to the cold and hot water. Incredible ride with wonderful guides and sweet horses

Incredible experience riding the horses. I ended up going on a different tour with the sunset group because I didn’t want to be the only one on the thermal bath tour. It was the best choice and I had so much fun galloping along the beach with newfound friends. The chilling on the beach with the horses and drinking coconuts with the extra cherry on top and it was an incredible ride back watching the sunset. They allow all levels to ride, and the horses are very well behaved and well-taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend this experience! Once in a lifetime for sure!

Great outdoor experience, and romantic as a couple

We had an amazing time. The springs were lovely but i loved the horseback riding. Our guide spoke perfect english which helped, but he was also very flexible with timings as we needed to finish slightly earlier so he changed the duration of elements. During the ride he also spoke about his life, how they trained the horses and how they all had different personalities. And he pointed other things out along the route. Initially i was worried that it would be too hot, but parts of the trail is under tree cover or shade, and i never felt too hot.

A+, highly recommend, phenomenal experience. Bring some water and a snack. Even if you've never ridden a horse before you'll be safe and enjoy it. Willy is a great guide.

Absolutely incredible experience. Best yet since we've been here! Willy was a great host and picked us up on time. Jamie was a wonderful cowboy and the horses were lonely. Calm and trustworthy. Crossed the river many times. Pools and river are beautiful and relaxing. Homemade mole from Alejandrina afterwards was absolutely perfect. My partner said it was the best meal we've had since being in Mexico. An absolute must and a perfect day. MuchĂ­sima gracias por todo

This is an absolute must advebture if you are in the area of Puerto Escondido. The guids, horses, sights, sounds and soak in the incredible hot springs was worth every moment. I would have done the whole experience again the moment it was over. Please do it and enjoy :)
