With this small group hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make pizza and tiramisù from scratch from a real Italian family. Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of home cooks all over the country in more than 120 cities. Itinerary

Learn to cook the famous Pizza and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Venice. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Wow!!! Best cooking class so far.

What an experiance!! Learning how to make Gnocchi, Pizza and Tomato sauce, from scratch, was the most fun I have had while in Venice! We were a party of 2, that took the Vaporetto acrossed the water, to their home where they held the cooking class. Rosa and Angela, are the absolute best when it comes to teaching you the tricks of simplicity creating such delicious cuisines. I look forward to sending them pictures of what I make at home, when I bring what they taught me here in Venice, to my own Kitchen back to the US. Grazie mille, Rosa and Angela! Ciao, for now.

Rosa, her daughter, and friend welcomed us into her kitchen, where we had a wonderful hands-on experience making homemade pizza, tiramisu and, as a bonus, homemade pasta and tomato sauce. We can't thank Rosa enough for her hospitality. It will always be one of our best memories of our time in Venice. We highly recommend Rosa's class for anyone visiting Venice who is looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience.
