You can't visit Italy without trying at least one pasta dish... So, we'll teach you two! Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina. As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. Itinerary

Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Treviso. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Perfect afternoon cooking in private home

We had the best time with Toni and her husband! Toni invited us into her home, and we cooked for hours! The food was amazing and they were the best hosts!

Memorable Experience

Maria and Her husband were so kind, I did the class alone and felt very welcomed. We made two types of pasta and tiramisu. Once we finished making the pastas, we moved to their main kitchen where her husband and I, sat down and conversed, while Maria finished cooking the pastas (She also moved to the main kitchen to finish cooking) . They were so delicious, hopefully I can go home and make it just like her!

Such an amazing experience of real Italian cooking. Our hosts were so friendly inviting us into their home and showing us how to cook Ravioli/Tagliatelle and make Tiramisu. Then Maria cooked our pasta as we sat down for dinner with a bottle of wine too. Highly recommend and if you get Maria you will 100% love it!
