I had an incredible experience on this tour, which was well-structured from start to finish.
Our first stop was the Basket-making village, where we not only got to see how baskets are skillfully woven but also had the chance to take part in this centuries-old tradition ourselves. It was such a unique and hands-on activity—especially for someone like me who’s used to working with a keyboard! The best part? There was no pressure to buy any souvenirs.
The second stop was the nature reserve, and it was absolutely stunning. We boarded a boat and learned fascinating insights about the Mekong Delta's nature and history. The variety of animals we encountered was remarkable, and we even got the chance to climb a tower, which offered breathtaking views of the countryside. On one side, we could see lush rice fields, and on the other, the expansive reserve.
To top it all off, we sampled a variety of delicious local foods. The guide's English was flawless, and they provided so much valuable information and useful tips throughout the trip.
This tour was 100% worth the money and time. By far one of the most enriching experiences I’ve had!
