Best Customer Service!

Fernando and his staff at E-Valley Bikes could write the book on customer service. They provide great bikes and so many free extras like helmets, gloves, backpacks, glasses and water. They spend so much time helping with not only routes, but other Boquete suggestions. We ended up renting the bikes for 3 weeks and loved every minute. They have an in house tech who keeps the bikes in great condition too. We can't speak highly enough about this wonderful Boquete establishment. Thanks Fernando for your kindness!

This is a great e-bike rental shop. Friendly, helpful, reasonable staff and we really enjoyed the bikes! We ended up extending our rental of the bikes to 3 weeks because the experience was so positive.

Carolina was AWESOME! ! She gave great instructions for operating the e-bike. You can get a good workout depending on how you select the settings on the bike. She was very kind and accommodating. She knows a lot and I got a good history lesson of Boquete with all the important highlights. Riding through the downtown area was a good way to become familiar with the area. The mountains, rivers, and natural surroundings were breathtaking and the rock formations spectacular. The visit to a coffee farm and some of the hiking trails were extra bonuses.
