Most amazing trip organized by Here Egypt tours. We travelled as a family of. 2kids and 2adults. Bassant was our main contact person who made sure she checked in every morning on how our day was going and if we needed anything. Only thing i would like people to know is that the pyramid oasis hotel is not 4star at all, it was more like 2-3 stars. We then decided to change our hotel to another for remainder of trip to Novotel in Cairo. It was an amazing 5star hotel with amazing rooftop views of city. Mr. Mohammed was our main contact person for Cairo and giza tours. He was very good in getting things arranged for us, especially our last minute Cairo tour, since we had an extra day. Our driver Syed was very kind and punctual to and from airport. Mr.farooq was our guide for Giza and Cairo city, he was absolutely amazing and so friendly with our kids. He was thorough and definitely knew his historical info. Mr. Mina was our tour guide from luxor to aswan and was absolutely brilliant. He is enthusiastic and passionate about his egyptian history and really knows how to make people comfortable and respected. Our kids loved him. Our time on the cruise M/S Nile Marquis was amazing, really great food, rooms were super clean and staff was just wonderful and respectful. Do not hesitate to book with Here Egypt tours, you will be well taken care of.

Amazing and Memorable Trip: My husband and I booked this eight days Egypt tour package from Viator. The entire trip from beginning to end was great. We had an amazing experience. I would like to give 5/5 to the entire trip. To summarise it I must first start by mentioning Bassant who was constantly communicating with us while organising this entire trip for us and following up for our questions and concerns. Our return flight from Luxor was delayed so at the last minute Bassant arranged a five star hotel for us to rest, until our flight time. The owner Mr. Mohamed also responded quickly to all our concerns and was always available via WhatsApp anytime of the day. As we arrived Cairo the driver Syed picked us up from the Airport and he was the one who drove us everywhere while we were in Cairo until the last day when he dropped us at the AirPort for our return flight. He was always very punctual, and respectful to us. Always carried our luggage and made sure that we were very comfortable in all aspects. On our first day in Cairo our guide Farouk took us to the Pyramids, Sphinx and the Museum. He was very knowledgeable about these places. We had a very nice time. Our 4 nights and 5 days luxury cruise from Aswan to Luxor was amazing. The food was delicious. The staff on the cruise was very helpful. All the tours from Aswan to Luxor were very well executed. Our guide for five days was Mohamed Alkadi, who we would highly recommended. He was very knowledgeable about Egyptian History, and he was able to answer all our questions. He was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We got to know our fellow tourists quite well, and that made our experience more enriching. On our last day when we returned to Cairo we took an additional tour, that Mr. Mohamed arranged for us with very short notice. Our local guide Hagar was very knowledgeable about Egyptian history and she was very helpful in filling in the gaps in understanding the historical timeline for us. To conclude, we really enjoyed this trip and all the people mentioned above made this a memorable trip for us.

This is the first tour-guide I had ever taken and I wholeheartedly recommend this experience for anyone this is in budget for. In terms of a quick summary: - The local tour guide (Owfi) was passionate and informed about Egyptian history and provided as well funny and also liked to laugh a lot. We got to know our fellow tourists and our tour guide quite well which I found to be very enriching . - The included (4* Hotel, 5* Cruise was the most luxury I had ever experienced, and I ate way too much on the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets which were very delicious). It was also pleasant to walk around the various decks and see what was going on.) - The structure of the trips was very well executed and we got to see important sites across egypt including cairo, luxor and aswan. I would say this trip is geared towards fans of ancient egypt as you'll get to see loads of ancient temples) - Their was a seamless transition across locations, with potential hitches being proactively planned for thanks to an experienced team. Our itinerary, taxi's, movement of luggage - All Here Egypt employees are quick and responsive at all times (<5 mins), so we always had our questions and have problems and any worries we had about flights/pick-up/hotel reservations were responded quickly and reliably. To conclude I really enjoyed this trip and having other tourists definitely adds to the experience. However be prepared to wake up really early for all the fun activities! -- Credit to : Owfi - A funny, passionate tour guide who treated us like family and was always available. Salwa - Responded to all my worries quickly - provided booked airline tickets and quickly helped me with problems I had Mohammad - Also responded quickly, and I got to meet his brother another tour guide Farouk - Was knowledgeable about the pyramids, and was very courteous and proactive Star - Kept us informed of his location and welcomed us into luxor Syed - Taxi driver who reliably took us to our destination. He carried our bags and treated us well.

I cannot be more grateful for this experience and all the people that made this happened... from day one until the very last minute Bassant from Here Egypt Tours was on top of everything, making the arrangements and following up everything went well, I truly appreciated it. The Giza tour was amazing (just be aware if the guide wants to make last minute changes). Internal flights were ok, without any problems and same for all transfers to hotels and tours, there were always someone identified waiting for us. The Nile River Cruise, was simply amazing, from the personnel to the food, everything was perfect, we were there for our anniversary and they were kind to celebrate us. The tour guide on the boat Nasser "the singer" was great, really nice personality and really knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this package enough, trust me you'll not regret it, Egypt has a lot of beautiful landmarks that this tour package will help you see them at a good pace, feeling safe and actually learning from the whole experience.
