Overview

Walk on an authentic Alaska Glacier. This is a life changing experience goes beyond any sightseeing tour or activity shuttle. This is an epic activity that is "boots to the ground" adventure, however the level of involvement is entirely at the traveler's discretion. The excursion is senior friendly and scaled for extreme levels. Departs downtown Anchorage and heads northward outside its city limits. Enjoy an abundance of scenic and mountainous views.

Itinerary

Boots-to-ground excitement. Walk on one of the largest glacier near Anchorage. Be guided safely by trained experts. Walk, touch and enjoy the exhilarating hike using professional safety gear. You'll be outfitted with proper spiked footwear, helmet, a safety orientation so you feel comfortable walking and navigating on this wonderous blue ice. We depart early morning from Anchorage and drive northbound. Driving a scenic mountainous area of the Matanuska Valley. Wildlife viewing is high as we enter those deep wilderness areas of Anchorage.
