Overview

This full day amphibious adventure crosses four waterways and edges along the pristine Eurimbula National Park. You'll visit Queensland's only open, operating lighthouse, discover in the keeper's cottage museum and hear stories come to life at the cemetary . Morning tea, a lunch and billy tea or coffee are included. After lunch the LARC will take you to the towering 35m sand dunes for sandboarding and swimming. Your day is topped off with wildlife sightings and light-hearted local stories while the pastel colours of the lowering sun signal the end of another day in Paradise.

What a great trip out to Bustard Head Lighthouse, Kev and Anthony the Skip we're great hosts and very knowledgeable about the local history and the wildlife. Highly recommend this tour!

I cannot rave enough about how good this tour was - our awesome tour guides Kev and the skipper (Ant) were so knowledgeable and FUNNY! The LARC itself was amazing, and then getting the history of the lighthouse by one of the actual keepers (Stu) was great. The sandboarding at the end was the perfect fun-filled end to a fantastic day out. I have been and will continue to tell everyone to do this tour!!

Wow! What an enjoyable experience. Amazing sights, informative tours of Lighthouse and Museum. Morning Tea and Lunch was delicious and well organised. Our Skipper Ant and off sider Paul went above and beyond to make the day enjoyable. We had a swim as the kids young and old tackled the big Dune. Highly recommend.

Riding the Pink Lark

What a fantastic trip. I met some wonderful people. The commentary was entertaining and the skipper was amusing too. Going through the creeks on the pink Larc was amazing. Seeing the Lighthouse and meeting Stuart who use to run it. Seeing turtles, cormorants kites and black cockatoos, and seeing crabs scuttling up the beach amazing. Sand boarding and swimming, thumbs up!! Kev and Anthony and Lee thank you xxx
