We booked through our hotel RIU. Our tour guide was Nancy and our driver was Cesar. They were punctual and arrived 10 minutes before our pick up time. We then went to Tulum to see the ruins it was amazing. We got to learn and see the historic site. The cenotes were very beautiful. I was a little concerned since I’m not an expert swimmer but Nancy made sure I had help. It was really amazing to see. The lunch provided was really delicious as well. The swimming with sea turtles was my favorite part. Again I had someone assist me to make sure I had fun and could see the turtles. Overall nancy and Cesar were great! They are very friendly people and I definitely recommend this tour.

We visited the Mayan ruins, swam in a cenote and snorkeled with turtles. Ivan was an amazing host and provided us with lots of interesting facts about the Mayan culture. He even helped my son when we were snorkeling because he was having a difficult time. We saw many turtles and the water was just breath taking. He showed us bats that live in the cenote, taught us about the different minerals that make up the formations of the cenote and showed us the caverns under water. It was absolutely amazing! Cesar was so helpful, made sure we had water and helped us as well. I HIGHLY recommend this tour with Ivan and Cesar! #picodegalloforever

It was an amazing day! I expected Tulum to be the highlight, as I've heard great things about it. It was amazing and I really enjoyed it. That being said, there was so much more to this tour than Tulum ruins. The cenote was my favourite. When we arrived there, I was not overly impressed, but once we got exploring, it got more and more impressive. (it is dark with a low ceiling in places, so be prepared.) Make sure you bring a Go-Pro or waterproof camera, as it is amazing and you'll want to take home some photographic memories. The snorkeling was amazing as well, where we saw numerous turtles and a few rays. Pablo was a great guide with a great personality and good sense of humour. I'd highly recommend this tour and would do it again.

The best guides we could have asked for. However, I’m still missing the pictures from the fotógrafo at the cenote. They said they would send a link to buy them because we didn’t have Internet there. I really wish to get those pictures. It was in my opinion the best part of the tour!

The cenotes were our favourite! The turtles were super cute and we saw a sting ray! Everyone was super helpful and friendly, shout out to Oscar! Absolute legend. Made the experience!
