Overview

Embrace winter in the Rocky Mountains on a guided tour of Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge. Guests will spend the morning touring Grand Teton National Park with an expert naturalist guide in a heated vehicle on the lookout for moose, wolves, bison, bighorn sheep, eagles, and coyotes. After a restaurant lunch in Jackson, Wyoming, adventurers will enjoy a tour of the National Elk Refuge on a horse-drawn sleigh. The National Elk Refuge is a wonderful way to enjoy an up close and personal view of elk herds in their winter habitat.

You may or may not see a lot of different animals. There is so much snow that you never know. It was great though and our guide was super

We had an awesome experience. Kevin was our guide and picked us up for the morning. He had hot hands and binoculars for us for the day to use. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the animals. He took us to see so many animals and used his spotting scope to see and take pictures. He took us to a great restaurant for lunch that has great views of the mountains. We also did the sleigh ride to see the Elk and again Kevin was so accommodating to bring blankets due to the cold. We can’t say enough great things about our experience! You won’t be disappointed!

Incredible, extremely informative tour! The BrushBuck Tour Guide, Hailey, was so knowledgeable and able to find us lots of great wildlife sightings. The National Elk Refuge was also amazing, and the sleigh operator fantastic. A highlight of our trip!

We had such a wonderful experience with BrushBuck Tours, especially our guide Kevin! He was so knowledgeable, interesting and passionate, and with his family roots in the area going back centuries, we really got an authentic local guide experience. We had an action packed day and saw moose, big head sheep, bison, wolves, coyote, fox, elk and a bald eagle. Kevin never steered up wrong. Van was comfortable, plenty of drinks and snacks, lunch was great, but the best part had to be the scope lens photos that Kevin provided at each sighting. I have never had that before. We got beautiful zoomed in shots which was an amazing memento, especially for some of our long-distance spots. Will 100% be back and do more tours with BrushBuch, and Kevin!
