The pass provides access to various modes of transportation in Hakone, including trains, buses, cable cars, and boats.   • Please redeem your voucher to collect the physical ticket within the operating hours of Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Shinjuku West. Unredeemed vouchers cannot be used as a ticket
  • Be mindful of the operating hours of each counter. No voucher redemption services are available during non-operating hours
  • The operating hours are subject to change without notice, please refer to the official website for more details
  • Please note that voucher redemption is not available at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center, Hakone-Yumoto
  • No changes or cancellation can be made once the Hakone Freepass is redeemed
  • Travelers are required to purchase a limited express ticket on-site (at traveler's own expense) if they wish to ride the Romancecar
  • Free admission for children under age 6 (ticket not required), must not occupy a seat. Children ages 6 and over are required to purchase a child ticket
  • Children under age 6 must be accompanied by an adult
