Overview

Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. Get in touch with nature and yourself with this experience. We will mindfully hike through the lush jungle of the Sierra Madre Occidental. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and nature we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.

Itinerary

This is a very unique experience! We will begin in the lush Mexican jungle and take a very scenic walk with stunning views. We will continue through the jungle to a gorgeous pristine secluded beach where we will sit under the palms and begin our yoga class. After we finish we will have some time to explore the beach if you’d like, and then we will head back a different and equally gorgeous route. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.

Awesome hike to beautiful, secluded beach

We loved our hike through the forest and yoga on the beach. The views were amazing. We took lots of pictures. Got some great pics in the cave on the beach. Both our guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. A great family experience. The hike is not too strenuous and the beach is very quiet and relatively secluded with amazing views!

Relaxing and sweeping views

The tour was awesome! We met and walked through a jungle path, along the beach and then up through the jungle again before making it to the secluded beach where we did 40min yoga session. Before and after yoga our guide allowed us to explore the beach and swim if we wanted. The beach was nice and secluded only 2-3 other people were there when we arrived. The jungle part was so beautiful the views were gorgeous and it was not strenuous just had to watch your step. The yoga was an easy intro to anyone, I do yoga casually and my husband rarely he felt he could keep up and relax. Tour was about 3/3.5hrs in total, would highly recommend!

I started my week in Sayulita with this sweet hike to yoga on the beach, and you should too. The hike is beautiful, the beach is serene and secluded, and the yoga class was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable and full of great suggestions for Sayulita and beyond. It was a great experience, I highly recommend.

The beach was so beautiful and quiet. Had such an amazing experience meditating and getting grounded. Guide and yoga instructor were absolutely amazing! so kind and welcoming, made an excellent experience. Traveling through the forest before doing yoga gets the blood flowing. Wouldn't change a thing, great experience!
