Nova Trento is a small Italy set in the middle of mountains and bucolic landscapes that refer to the interior. It was colonized by immigrants from the Trentina region, in northern Italy, where the strong traits of culture come from, which stand out in the planting of grapes, in the manufacture of wines and in the typical Italian cuisine, carried out on wood stoves.

Nova Trento (Pass By)
1st Stop: Panoramic Tour along the main avenue of Nova Trento where our Guide will explain the history, curiosities and information about the city and its colonization
Avvento Cioccolato Artigianalle
2nd Stop: Handmade Chocolates from Gramado Avento. We will visit the chocolate shop in Nova Trento

Vinicola Girola
3rd Stop: Girola Winery, we will visit the winery from production to the cellar where the wine is stored, in addition to a delicious tasting of wines, cheeses and colonial products

Colonial Museum
4th Stop: Colonial Museum - We will visit a house, agricultural instruments of the time, customs and traditions of the first Italian immigrants. We will also visit an Atafona in full operation, powered by a water wheel, where corn is ground for the manufacture of cornmeal

5th Stop: We will visit the Madre Paulina Complex where we will understand the strong influence that religion had on the first immigrants
