A humid, aquatic world unfold in front of you ... It is the unique WaterCity. The most entertainer and wild aquatic park in Europe, which offers pure amusement, with 34 water games of adrenaline, that will make you gasp incredibly. At Watercity the safety of our visitors is of utmost importance. For that reason we have fully trained lifeguards and staff. The park operates according to all international rules and specifications for the safety of its visitors. The park includes: 1. Wave Pool 2. Tarzan's Game 3. Children's Pool 4. Children's Pool 5. Jacuzzi, Whirlpool 6. Children's Slides 7. Wave Bar 8. Coffee Place 9. Hydro Tubes & Free Fall 10. Body Slide Cyclone The Park is open from 10:00am.

You are not permitted to bring alcohol or glass bottles to the park.
Parents with babies are requested to have the essential plastic equipment needed.
We kindly request that you follow the safety rules of the park throughout your stay. Running and diving are not allowed in all areas.
For hygiene reason children who wear nappies should use waterproof ones.

Great time of year to visit

Good mix of slides and swimming areas. Everywhere was really clean and the rides felt safe. We were visiting at the end of the season and it was great. Still warm enough to make the most of it but no queues for majority of rides. Food was reasonably priced and huge portions. Chips were a bit cold was the only downside. My kids (12 and 8) absolutely loved it and went off on the rides all day. They understood there were rides they couldn’t go on but as there was no queues for the ones they could it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely go back if we come back to Crete

we came here on the first day of our trip and had a fantastic time!! really good for both adults and children. only issue was the amount of uphill walking, couldve benefitted from some stairs in places

Amazing day. Would highly recommend. We went last week of September. We purchased tickets directly from watercity Park. This included a coach transfer to and from the park. We were picked up from outside the silva beach hotel and the journey to the park itself took approx 45 mins/1 hour. Probably because the time of year and the fact we went on a school day meant that the park was nice and quiet. No queues. Sunbeds available and we spent the day at the wave pool which was such good fun. Well worth the €112 (3 adults) Dropped at park for 10.30 am and picked up at 4.30. It's a cashless system so you are given a paper bracelet with a bar code on. Whatever you eat and drink you scan your barcode and settle the bill on leaving. (Max €100 euros pp). Food and drink OK and reasonably priced. Great day out. Worth the visit.

Halal food! Fun slides!

Was not expecting much as we have done water parks in dubai and elsewhere- we were just looking for a nice cooling fun day out with the kids. The location is a little away from everything but a nice drive up. Very organized with the wrist bands where we can load up some credit and also use to pay for food drinks etc inside so need to worry about carrying money around. Not a huge park- we did all the slides many times in time we were there. It was not so busy with not too much queuing which was great with kids. Small toddler play areas were also great. Plenty of seating and loungers with umbrellas for the shade! The slides were better than expected- not quite dubai level but we enjoyed ourselves. We are muslims and to find halal places to eat in Crete was a nightmare so when we saw halal meat options in the park- we were so excited and probably had our best lunch for our entire holiday here- yes would recommend to come if you are with toddlers kids and teens- a funday out for all!

It was an amazing and fun filled day out that created great family memories. The park entry fee was reasonably priced with the transfer, and the food and drink wasn't extortionate. We booked direct through the website rather than through a hotel rep, it's best to get your ticket printed out at your hotel reception.
