Fantastic Service from Lillian who went above and beyond. I booked on a recommendation and everything was as good as hoped for. Fantastic Masai Mara Safari with driver Joseph. Booked an extra Tour in Nairobi of Elephant Sanctuary, Giraffe Centre and Karen Blitzen (Out of Africa) estate. Met at Airports by informative drivers. All in all a wonderful experience. After I made a bad choice of hotel in Nyali, Lillian stepped up and found me another one being the Voyager, fantastic also. It was good to know there was someone with local knowledge, very comforting.

It was amazing experience, the whole safari was great, we saw the big 5 and the ugly 5, as well as many more animals. We saw some that are rare and hard to see and we really enjoyed our stay in Masai Mara

We had a wonderful Masai Mara safari, everything was booked with Natural World Kenya Safaris. Mike Gitonga was very helpful and answered all our questions in the planning stages. Mbotte, our guide, picked us up in Nairobi and was very knowledgeable, about wildlife as well as geography, people & culture throughout the trip. He knows the Masai Mara park like the back of his hand. Even though it was a short trip, we feel we saw everything: so many animals as well as a variety of landscapes. Mbotte provided us with a unique and personalised safari. We highly recommend Mbotte and Natural World. We stayed at the Zebra Plains Mara Camp which exceeded our expectations and delicious food with vegetarian options at every meal.
