Overview

Wine Diva Tours is a multi-award winning tour company with over twelve years experience. We operate luxury Mercedes Benz vehicles. We are locally connected and fully accredited McLaren Vale owners. We are the only wine tour that is based in McLaren Vale and our tour guides are all locals. The tour is personalised to suit your tastes and as such the wineries we visit are not decided until we meet our guests. We visit iconic and boutique family owned cellar doors, wineries, microbreweries and gin distilleries all within the McLaren Vale Wine Region. If you wish to visit a specific place you just need to ask and we will try!!!! We can cater for all dietary requirements Our tour agenda is not set and we are flexible to include beer, Willunga Farmers Markets, chocolate, cheese, gin and olives into the offering. You just need to ask. There are no time limits at wineries - it’s all about you! Usually around five cellar doors/wineries are visited in a day.

Great day out in Maclaren Vale. We visited 5 winery cellar doors - all family owned and very welcoming. Nick, our tour guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The lunch platter provided was excellent. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this tour by Nick. Compared to Barossa, McLaren Vale is way way better - great cellar doors, fab views, and wine to die for. We visited Oliver Tauranga Winery, Samson Tall, Richard Hamilton, and Sparrows Cottage. Great selections on offer, Michelle from Sparrows Cottage is a champ - knowledgeable and genuinely passionate. Am happy as Larry!

Fantastic experience

Such a wonderful experience! Nick was extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the regions (McLaren Vale and Barossa) and the wineries we visited. Every winery was a hit with our group and both tour days were booked were just perfect. This is highly recommended.

Great Wines and fun in McLaren Vale

We tasted 5 or more wines at each of 3 lovely wineries and and had nice lunch at a 4th winery. We enjoyed Nick, our knowledgeable and friendly guide. My wife and I also enjoyed sharing the day with a very nice couple from Northern Italy.

A fantastic day

A fantastic day with Nick our driver from Wine Diva Tours. He was so knowledgeable and willing to make this tours a memorable one. We had a blast. We visited 4 wonderful wineries that he recommended and at D’Arenberg (the Cube) which our group asked for. Each stop was exceptional on its own. We stopped first at Oliver’s Taranga where the winemaker, a lady who has won best winemaker last year. Wines were delicious, then we stopped at D’Arenberg where with Nick we had a special guided visit (must do!) This place is so “different” and interesting! We had a wonderful lunch at Shirvington a family own winery where we had the pleasure to chat with mother and daughter. Our 4th stop was at Ortus (which means reborn). The young winemaker there was so interesting and dynamic. It was a real pleasure to meet her and taste her wines. Great story ! And we finished at Sam son Tall, in this little church and had the chance to savour the delicious wines there too. A group was really pleasant and we had a day that we will remember forever. Thanks Nick!!! Highly recommend this tour !!!
