Starting your day with a revitalizing 60 min Hatha Yoga class on the beach is a unique wake up call for your body, mind and soul! If you look for different time and/or location, please do not hesitate to visit our website: www.elsol-lifestyle.com. We opened classes also in Portimao and Salema and we offer a wide range of Yoga experience: Sunset Yoga, FullMoon Yoga, Private Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Tours and Outdoor Fitness as well :)

Please meet me 5 minutes before the given time in front of the Forte da Ponta Bandeira close to Batata Beach. You will recognize me as I will bring the Yoga mats. In case we still don't find each other, please call me or drop me a whatsapp message.

Itinerary

Start your day with a revitalizing outdoor morning yoga class at the beautiful Batata Beach in Lagos. This is a hatha based class including some dynamic yoga elements in order to strength our core body, stretch out, release stress and just improve our general health at a beautiful environment. The program is designed for all level yogis, who would like to stay fit during their holiday. We opened classes in Portimao and Salema as well! We offer Sunset Yoga, FullMoon Yoga, Private Yoga, SUP Yoga, SUP Tours and Outdoor Fitness as well :)

Wonderful experience

Watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash as we practiced yoga on the beach in Lagos was amazing. The perfect way to start the day. Lizi was a wonderful yoga instructor. The flow was gentle and welcoming to all. We are a family of five and we all enjoyed the experience. This is a must do when visiting Lagos, definitely worth getting up early for! Thank you Lizi!
