Overview

Get close and personal with Sicily’s most famous volcano on this six-hour, small-group tour. Set off from Taormina — hotel pickups and drop-offs in the vicinity are included upon request — and arrive at Mount Etna, where you’ll spend the day walking through craters, exploring a lava cave, and learning about the volcano’s past eruptions at max. 2000 meters of altitude. Afterwards, you will be provided with a snack, complemented by wine, a little dessert and a sweet wine taste.

Exceptional views and great tour guide

An absolutely incredible experience. Our guide was exceptional and the other travellers in the group were also lovely. The views from the top of the mountains were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend wearing comfortable footwear as there is lots of walking.

Excellent tour of Etna. Roberto was a fantastic tour guide who made the experience all the more special. We visited multiple craters and an underground cave. Jackets and boots were provided for free and were comfortable.
