It was hard work but definitely worth it for the views and experience. We had a great guide 'Wir', and two great porters 'Wirnadi' and 'Jitrani' who are incredibly hard working and can make the climb effortlessly. We loved how they took all of the rubbish down off the mountain too, very eco friendly. We decided against going to the summit on the second day and instead got a head start down to the lake and hot springs. We were amazed by how they were able to cook such restaurants quality meals on the side of a mountain, with great presentation. 'Wir' was a great host, always offering water, tea and snacks throughout, and was very patient with us and we climbed and descended. All in all, we very much recommend this company if you are planning a climb the mountain but it is definitely a difficult hike that you should train for before hand.

My friend and I did the 2 days one night hike with our goal to get to the summit. Adi our Guide and the two Carriers did an amazing job getting us as far as we came until the weather was too bad. We allways felt safe and together with Adi we decicded not to climb to the top. Still it was an amazing adventure and we had the best time! Thank you Adi and also a special thank you to the carriers who are doing an absolute insane job to make your trip the best it could be.

We had an amazing experience summiting Mnt Rinjani! Under guidance of of our guide Mul, we smoothly ascended the first day in a couplemof long and good runs at a good speed! Mul was very engaging and we had a lot of fun on the way! Also we were treated to amazing food from our porters, who were the real heroes of our track! After our first day, we were treated with beautiful views of the lake at the camp, we had amazing food and had a whole private toilet tent! Later we also enjoyed a sky full of stars! The next morning we were woken up at 2 am and again treated to an amazing breakfast that gave us the power to climb Mnt Rinjani! Together with Mul, we started this journey as unknown, and we ascended the last day as friends! We had a cold, and tough ascend but it didn’t stop us to reach the summit before sunrise, where Mul helped us with taking some amazing pictures! Afterwards we quickly descended the mountain with a smile, proud of our achievement! I would absolutely recommend Ha Lo Mi Trekker and Mul’s team for this amazing experience! These men made the trip unforgettable and I am happy we are our 3 friends richer! For an amazing ascend, great company and great food from Rinjani, go with Mul!

Halomi perfectly organized our 2D1 night trek to the Rinjani Summit. It started already with the pick up in Kuta and ended with the drop off to Bangsal for the boat to Gili Air. The trekking to the summit itself was also amazing. Our guide Eddie and the porters took good care of us. Everything was well prepared by the porters when we reached a certain spot and the food was surprisingly good. Eddie helped us very well, especially on the slippery descend from the Basecamp to the starting point and kept us motivated throughout (“easy peezy lemon squeezy”)

We did the 2 days 1 night summit trek end of October with Halomi. The whole trip was perfectly organized incl. pickup at the harbour, accomodation the day before the trek and transfer to our next destination after the tour. It was an unforgettable experience incl. spectacular views at Rinjani. The tour itself is tough, especially the part from the camp to the summit in the early morning. Special thanks to our guide Mul who did an incredible job. Always caring, answering all of our questions, decent English skills , super friendly, funny and a very humble person with always a smile on his face. Also only the biggest of respect to our porters En and Amat who carried up all the equipment, tent and food, which was prepared freshly and of excellent taste. The whole team made sure we have everything we need at any time and made it as easy as possible for us. Highly appreciated. When around we'll definitely book with Halomi again and do another tour with more time to enjoy all the parts of the beautiful Rinjani area. Again many thanks to the whole Halomi team and especially to Mul, the one and only Mr. Handsome! ;)
