Sato is an excellent instructor. We were able to easily follow her instructions and ended up making the most delicious sushi and ramen. Johnny and Meg helped us understand a bit of Japanese culture especially food culture. Highly recommend.

Sato was a wonderful guide in helping us make our sushi and Raman noodles. She was patient, cheerful and very helpful. The space was intimate and the lesson was not rushed at all. I would recommend this experience to all. Come hungry!

The food was amazing and very easy to make at home. All ingredients should be available at your local Asian grocery store. Sato was so personable and a lovely person to chat with about Japanese culture.
