Meeting points

Please meet your guide on the Broadway side of St. Paul's Chapel (between Fulton & Vesey Streets). They will be there 15 minutes before the tour start time and will be wearing an orange hat.

The tour ends at the 9/11 Memorial. If option is selected you will go into the museum after the tour and have as much time as you like to explore on your own.

The tour begins one block from Ground Zero at a historic church, built in 1766, that miraculously survived the falling debris from the attacks. Your guide will explain how this beautiful church served the community in the wake of the tragedy.

Our guided tour is 90 minutes. You can also add on a visit to the 9/11 Museum, which takes about two hours. Please note, if you have booked our 2pm guided tour with Museum access, your Museum visit will be limited to 90 minutes due to the Museum’s 5pm closing times

An unforgettable experience

Tim was our tour guide and it was a true pleasure to meet him. Knowledgable, warm & friendly we left feeling like we had made a new friend. Tim honoured the memory of those who perished and those who gave their lives. This was an experience we won’t ever forget.

This tour was amazing!! I loved getting to know the facts about what happened. Our tour guide, Dana, knew a bunch of verified facts that were interesting and that I had never heard before. She was great at knowing the important numbers and also sharing her personal story. We were sure to find her brother’s picture on the wall in the museum after the tour. She is doing a wonderful job of making sure his memory is not forgotten. So thankful we were able to add this tour into our NYC trip!!

9/11 Memorial - Intense

We took the private tour with our friends. Our guide Ray was excellent and he took the time to take us through the horrible events of 9/11 and how it impacted family and friends and New Yorkers as a whole. Ray also made us understand how resilient NewYorkers were when the event occurred and how they came together to overcome that terrible day. The memorial site itself was intense and somber.
