Overview

Join us in one of Barcelona's newest and trendiest cooking spaces: The Paella Club. Here you will feel at home while our team of professional chefs personally guides you through the secret steps of crafting an authentic Paella. You'll be provided with your own cooking station and utensils, and the course will be a fully-immersive and dynamic experience.

Itinerary

If you consider yourself a true foodie or are ready for a full Spanish gastronomic experience, this is the class for you.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organize themselves in groups of two per cooking station. There, they will find all utensils and ingredients to cook each paella in a fully immersive and dynamic workshop guided, from beginning to end, by an experienced team of professionals. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each session so that guests will learn how to cook and taste more than one type of paella.  After the workshop, our guests sit together at our table to share their paella creations, additional entrees, and dessert courses, which are accompanied with free-flowing Catalan wine and great conversation. We are proud to cater our experiences to fit the dietary restrictions of all of our guests so if you do decide to book with us, just let us know so we can make all the proper arrangements.​​​​​​​

Kevin our Paella master was too much fun. Very party like atmosphere. The wine was more than plentiful and the finished paellas were delicious!

Ah-Maz-Ing! We had an absolute blast. Kira and Melvin were great teachers and our group was so fun. Our paella turned out super delicious and the Cava was delicious ❤️. Recommend 100%!

Excellent dinner and so much fun. The cooking and instruction were fantastic. Kevin and Alejandro made the class so entertaining and the food was delicious. It was also wonderful to see that they donate to poor children across the world. Would highly recommend for a fun entertaining evening.

BOOK it now... it was fantastic. Our afternoon was full of fun, dancing, wine, laughing and even some cooking... We did not want to leave. They were so wonderful and YES the wine is bottomless (they are very good at topping up your glass). and the meal afterwards was like dining with long lost friends, a meal fit for a king !

Entertaining, a bit drunk, great food — highlight of our Barcelona trip!

SO ENTERTAINING! Great food, great teachers, great wine, I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Barcelona to feel the warmth the locals and their amazing Paella :) We were 2 millennial sisters with 8 other 60-70 year old people, but after some wine everyone just felt more at ease! Everyone had a good time and ended up sharing the most amazing stories :) thank you!
