Overview

Paella is the best known Spanish dish internationally, but not so many people know why we use each of its ingredients, where they come from, as well as the history and evolution of this traditional dish of the Mediterranean cuisine. Now you can learn everything about it and be part of its cooking and tasting! Not only will our team introduce and teach you about this iconic dish, we will also prepare a traditional and special sangria with the freshest ingredients of the area. All this will happen while you enjoy the stunning views on our rooftop located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the city. From our rooftop you will enjoy views of the Cathedral of Seville, Torre del Oro, Guadalquivir river and Cartuja, among others.

Our meeting point is, located at Paseo de las Delicias, 1, Sevilla, in between the Restaurant "Uno de Delicias" and the souvenir shop. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please notice that if you are late we will not be able to let you up. We will not offer refunds if you are late.

A unforgettable experience of views, tastes and culture.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. Our host was informative and provided a really good, honest perspective about the role Paella plays in Spain and the differences between tourist paella and real paella. The food was great, the service was great. The views from the balcony are indescribable. 100% recommend this.

What a great experience! It is a demo kitchen run by an experience company( not a random chefs house) Fabio explained the whole delicate process of making paella the right way!! Afterwards you go out onto the roof and enjoy the beautiful view with a glass of sangria and of course the DELICIOUS paella!!!

Entertaining demonstration of the many steps involved in making excellent Paella. Chef kept us involved throughout the demonstration culminating with the a delectable meal with the group participants.

We had a very informative presentation on the making of paella. It was a very small group of eight people which provided an intimate setting. We met some lovely people to dine with and the food and the views were great.

We got detail instructions on how to make a great paella. We met some great people from around the world. We had a supper of seafood paella that tasted great and wine and sangria. We watched and ate appetizers while the chef prepared the paella. The view from the top was also great.
