I had a fun day. I was picked up at my hotel on time. Brought to the reserve park and the views were amazing despite the not ideal weather. Piloto Kato is very experienced with 29 years of flying and the landing was really smooth. Felt safe throughout. Thank you very much

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately due a scheduling error and bad weather the next day we were not able to fly. But let me tell you this company is amazing. Although we were not able to fly, the owner of the company sat down with us and told us we could dine in the restaurant with 30% off. He then told us the next day we could have a driver pick us up from our hotel so we didn’t have to schedule a taxi, after the flying (unfortunately it didn’t happen) he told us they would drive us to our bus station. Although i cannot speak on the flying portion, the customer service was immaculate. I highly recommend booking with this company as the owner went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience!

Would do this again in a heartbeat!!!
