Great village, best tour guide ever!!

Although we have hiked and traveled in Cinque Terre on numerous occasions, this was our first visit to Portofino. Even on a rainy day it was wonderful. That's because Alessandra was simply "over-the-top" great!! Multi-lingual, courteous, knowledgeable and forever smiling, she went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed the experience. We're still in awe of her ability to dismiss the adverse weather to focus us on the history and the charm of Portofino. We give her our highest rating and would love to have her as our guide in the future. Grazie mille, Alessandra!! xoxo

Excellent, even in the rain!

Reading through the other reviews of this tour and, particularly, of Alessandra the tour guide, I can only add my happiness and acclamation!! Her coordination prior to the tour was spot on (and flexible!). She was waiting for us at the train station. Her pleasant company and knowledge of the area were wonderful. I hope that Odusia Viaggi knows that they have an exceptional employee. I highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful day in Porto and Santa

Alessandra did a great job of touring us around Portofino and Santa. She did a great job of explains the history and current culture of the area. We loved our stop for focaccia and local wine! Soooo good! She took us down quaint streets to parks, beautiful churches, shopping districts and so much more. We were on a cruise ship and had to miximize our day in port and this was the way to do it! I highly recommend!

Alessandra was a delightful and informative guide. She gave us great insight into the history of both port cities and was very flexible in showing us what interested us most. We enjoyed the ferry ride into Portofino and Alessandra's knowledge of past and present facts about Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure was exceptional. We really got to experience a lot in a matter of hours, including an apertivo and glass of local wine as a conclusion to the tour. We enjoyed the day with Alessandra!

This was a wonderful English tour of two of the most beautiful places on the Italian Riviera. Our guide, Alessandra, was extremely knowledgeable, energetic, personable, and kind. We enjoyed her charming company as much as we did the beautiful surroundings. As we are seniors, she was considerate of our walking pace and capabilities. She also has extensive knowledge of the other areas of the Italian Riviera and provided valuable guidance on other activities and attractions. If you only have one day to see Santa Margherita and Portofino, this is definitely the tour and tour guide for you.
