When nervous about arriving in a new place they made the arrival process flawless. Met us at train station got the taxi for us took then took us to our front door of apartment

We were met by the guide at the bus station and she took us to the cabaret to location. And for us on our transfer seemlessly. The driver was very nice and cooperative and helpful and friendly. A great experience.

An agent was waiting at our train with my name on a card. He escorted us out to wait for the water taxi along with another couple. They got in theirs. We got in ours. I think if we had waited for the public transport, our trip would have been more thsn than an hour instead of 25 minutes. With 3 huge suitcases.

Our greeter was right outside the station with our name clearly displayed for ease in finding him. He was not only helpful with luggage but gave other recommendations when asked on restaurants and other activities. Our private taxi boat took us right to our hotel door, again handled our luggage and it all went just as we had hoped. I would definitely recommend using this service.
