This was a fantastic way to transfer from Passau to Prague. Our river cruise ended in Passau, and we wanted to spend a few days to Prague. We looked into car transports, and I discovered this that not that much more expensive than simply driving to Prague. We had the option of seeing one of three castles on our way to Prague.
We ended up paying a little extra to see two. We stopped at Cesky Krumlov, which was a delightful Medieval style town with a nice castle. We spent almost 2 hours walking around the castle grounds and the town. We also stopped at Kluboka nad Vitavou. It was beautiful. Because we spent two hours in the other location, we only had an hour for this stop which was a bit rushed. A tour of part of the inside of the castle was almost an hour by itself, which left little time for walking the grounds. We still enjoyed it.
I would definitely recommend paying a little more for two stops.
Our driver, Jiri, was great. He was super pleasant, conversed with us on the way telling us about various things about Czechia and the places we were going to see. And most importantly, we got there safely with zero stress!
