Overview

Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or a casual wine enthusiast, this will curate private wine tour that offers tastings of some of the best that Stellenbosch has to offer. My tour will introduce you to the hidden gems out there, tastings with a more personal experience, and farms without crowding and no commercial-style farms. This experience is a journey through time with old-world and modern-style wines. We will focus on the importance of each terroir within Stellenbosch and, therefore, the unique wines and styles produced in each area while sipping on beautifully crafted wines. We will see different wine cellars and learn about micro- and boutique wine production. My tour is a truly unique and insightful but relaxing experience. I look forward to a day of sharing my beautiful town with you!

    We'll learn about their first release of MCC while tasting a variety of bubbles. Other wine options also available on request. PS: Subject to availability - we'll visit another unique winery as an alternative in the area

    Along the Eastern side of Stellenbosch we will taste top wines produced at this boutique estate. Tastings will be accompanied by handcrafted artisanal cheeses to tantalise the taste buds. PS: Subject to availability - we will then visit another unique winery in the area

    Moving South of town, we'll visit a hidden gem at the foot of the Helderberg mountain. We'll taste more really amazing wines accompanied by a light lunch platter. P.S. Subject to availability/season

Excellent wine tasting tour!

Our guide, Lejean was excellent! Very knowledgeable on wines, true wine lover! Her selection of wine makers/estates was on point and we also avoided peak visiting times which made the whole experience even better! Each estate had amazing and different to each other views/scenery. Also each of them specialised in different wines and offered different type of wine pairings, so we had a very varied and well-rounded wine tasting experience. Highly recommended indeed!

Lejean was a fantastic guide her knowledge is second to none and the wine tasting and pairing was superb in many different types of vineyards which we would have never chosen ourselves Please book with Lejean she is wonderful

Hey. Its Alek from Poland/Warsaw. Me and my girlfriend booked a private tour (this is how it looks like - no group, but a private extra suited deal for you&friends and family who can fit in the 1 car ;)) and it was amazing! I recomend it very much! Lejean is very friendly, helpful, smart, with big knowledge about South Africa, region and wines. The deal pays for everything with lunch included and even tips for each vinery. We had learned soo much about wines and grapes. Total reccomendation. Renember to stay hydrated between wines and vineries ;)!

Absolutely perfect 2 days on Franschhoek and Stellenbosch. The views are amazing and the wine is delicious. Lejean is an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable, personable, and lots of fun. It was a real pleasure to be shown the wines and wineries of the region by her and I will definitely book with her again in future.
