For Cruise Guests only: you will meet just outside of the duty-free stores that are right next to the ship. Once you pass the small shop area you will find an official tourist information stand and just right next to it a representative of SHORE EXCURSIONS MEXICO will be waiting there ... with a paddle/sign with their logo on it and a list with your name on it. THE ONLY people authorized to receive guest and guarantee service is Aaron Chi, Jose Arenas, Cristobal Figueroa, and Manuel Cabrero they all were a red shirt as uniform with the shore excursions Mexico logo. Please be aware that other companies will try to trick you saying they are Shore Excursions Mexico staff. Please ask for ID. Progreso hotel guests: meet the "Shore Excursions Mexico" representative outside your hotel's lobby. I loved the amazing service and the beautiful beach. The food was delicious as well as unlimited margaritas and beer.

Gabriel was the best server! Accommodations were amazing. Amazing pool. Food was delicious! We had two smaller children with us and they loved the pool.

Had a really great time, and learned a lot! Our tour guide, Alex, was very attentive, friendly, and engaging. He also made sure everyone kept together and wouldn't get lost. Beautiful city!

I had a wonderful time! It was not too expensive and you have the option to walk the local area and get some really good shopping in or you can stay on the beach excursion and fill yourself with adult beverages, food and swimming in blue waters! Yes there are solicitors but it was not overwhelming. I still had a great time as long as the drinks kept coming, and they did! I will be back.
