First excursion in Huatulco

Great hostess, made us very welcome. Set up was excellent, food delicious, instructions clear and easy. Food was plentiful and beer was cold. Highly recommended. Enjoyed the class with 2 other Canadian couples, who were also very satisfied with the experience.
The venue was off the beaten path about 25 minutes from Santa Cruz and the taxi driver, well... Another story.

If you are a foodie, or even if you’re not Jane’s classes are awesome!
We did the seafood one and it was excellent! We learned a lot and will definitely make these dishes at home!
There are many different classes to choose from, wish we had time to do some of the other ones!
Check out Chiles and Chocolates in Huatulco!

Fantastic cooking class! 20 mins from Hualtuco pick up included. Jane has so much information to pass on and is such a culinary talent! The fish tacos, shrimp, seafood mousse, beverages, artisinal salt, and sauces were so delicious. Nothing but fresh ingredients and recipes at can make at home with the knowledge we now have. It was a great class and I would highly recommend!

So much fun!! I am so glad we look this Cooking Class. It was really informative and the food was delicious. Can't wait to make some of the recipes for my friends at home. Jane was a great teacher!!
