Do not miss this amazing paella making experience. While the paella was absolutely delicious (we went back for seconds and thirds) the entire evening was just so special. We learned a little history and prepared a meal in the most spectacular setting. This would be great for families too

Incredible paella cooking class in Seville!

Our friends highly recommended Fernando’s paella class as a must do when visiting Seville and the experience absolutely lived up to the expectations! We had an incredible time learning how to make authentic paella… and just wait until you see the view!! Fernando was incredibly knowledgeable not just about paella but about the city as well! We cannot wait to cook paella at home with friends and family. This experience is an absolute MUST DO when visiting the city!

Wow. Just Wow. Fernando is a very exuberant host. When he sends you the text requesting to be on time, please do because you don't want to miss a minute. His love for his city, (he was raised in Sevilla) is so evident. The paella was fantastic, as one would hope, but his visual tour of the city from the rooftop was so charming. His father was his assistant on our visit and the two of them are wonderful together. Fernando clearly loves what he is doing, and it comes thru with his passion and love for his city and his cooking. I highly recommend.

Worth it. Fernando was a great teacher and the food was delicious. The class started promptly and was a great experience. Everything was setup to go which was great and the class started around sunset so you could enjoy the unbelievable view from the rooftop. The view itself was amazing. Would do again. Would recommend to do on day 1 of your trip.
