We offer our guests cooking classes in the typical Tuscan style, to help them discover our roots and culture in a funny and original way. Discover our cooking class location, right in the heart of the stunning Chianti area. Here you will finally meet with a local chef, and thanks to him learn about the secrets of our cooking, the basic ingredients of our tradition, and the magical way in which we combine them. From bruschetta to homemade italian pasta, you will bring home a bit of “Tuscanness” to your table. Learn to make this delicious food and then take home what you learned and show it off to your friends and family. Fall in love with Tuscany through its food.

Simone is wonderful. The stories of his background and the history of the farmhouse and surroundings made for a remarkable experience. The meal we made, based on his Grandma's recipes, was delicious.

This farmhouse cooking class with Simone was the absolute highlight of our trip! My mom and I joined and we learned how to cook delicious dishes with such ease, and we can’t wait to try at home. The atmosphere was charming and cozy, making the experience both fun and memorable. It was a truly unique experience, and the hands-on approach with special techniques made it accessible for beginners to connoisseurs. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to blend learning with a delightful culinary adventure!

What a great experience! There were 6 of us and we were joined by another couple. We made ravioli and tiramisu. The class is very hands on. After we prepped our food, we sat down for a meal of what we made, plus bruschetta. Everything was delicious! We had such a good time. Would strongly recommend!

What a fun class !! Chef Simone gave delicious, straightforward recipes. What a nice guy, funny and hands on. Willing to answer any questions. Lunch with everything that was prepared was amazing. The wine that was served was quite good as well.It was delightful time.

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful morning/afternoon in Tuscany taking this cooking class. Simone was a gracious host and wonderful chef. The group was at the most 15 and everyone had a great time together! The lunch we prepared was delicious! The scenery breath taking! I would highly recommend!
