Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina. As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. Itinerary

Learn to make the famous Pasta and tiramisù in local homes with this hands-on cooking class. Discover, cook and experience the most iconic Italian dishes with expert home cooks in their own homes. This is a shared cooking class held in a carefully selected local home in Palermo. Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Alice and Francesco are amazing instructors and chefs. We had a wonderful time learning to make pasta and tiramisu, and enjoying the results of our efforts at the table with them. We appreciate them welcoming us into their home and for being so friendly and knowledgable. Their class was one of the highlights of our trip, and we won’t forget it.

Antonio is a delightful host and a wonderful teacher. He patiently worked with us through every step of making tiramisu and three different types of pasta from scratch. We then thoroughly enjoyed our lunch partaking of what we had made. And thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him about his background and what more he recommended we see in Palermo.
