Itinerary

You’ve never done a cooking class like this before. Join us in the Eternal City for an afternoon of fun, friends, drinks and great food. There’s no better way to spend your holiday! In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef. We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Campari spritz - because why not? Once everything's ready, enjoy your food with your new friends, your chef, and a delicious Limoncello spritz to cap off a perfect afternoon. What are you waiting for? Book on now!

The cooking class was absolutely amazing. Our chef Benjamin and Kelly were really pleased and professional. They know how to care about students. Our group was very funny we had lots of fun and laugh. It was really good experience I can recommend this for 100%.

My husband and I did this on our last day in Rome and we are so happy we did. Sunny was knowledgeable and funny. She taught us to make three different Italian cocktails, carbonara and cacio e pepe. They refilled our drinks throughout the class, which made making the pasta noodles all the more fun. Would highly recommend!!
