We meet at Bolero at Europa Village. From Rancho California Road turn into the property on Via Europa, turn left and park. Enter Bolero through the large double doors, check in will be in the VIP room on your right.

It was a very good and amazing experience for me and my husband. This activity was on my bucket list for a long time and finally it happened. It was not scary at all. The staff were very nice and professional.

Lived in Murrieta 20 years , Wife n I have talked about “ Taking a ride “ but never went for the ride , she’s always been apprehensive about heights, today she mentioned she wished we had done it sooner ! Would she do it again ??? Absolutely! Talking about another ride May / June then again in the fall… Top Notch pilot n crew ! Quality Wins ! Thank you Rusty & Arron & Team !

Absolutely wonderful! Our first time in a hot air balloon. Never once felt unsafe. Pilot reported flying over 10k flights in his career. Easy, peaceful, beautiful.

Well organized , by experienced ballon pilot . We had the owner Rusty who has 30+ yrs experience piloting flying daily . He was very informative as here’s to know who’s who, which race car driver lives where… The meeting place was a beautiful resort with 3 different motif - Spanish , Italian and French . After the flight we did a tradition of Champagne toast . After that I checked out the resorts which was a nice walk around and ended up wine tasting which starts at 10am at the French side. host named Carrie was very welcoming and so I ended up signing up for wine tasting. There’s a golf cart that goes around the Europa village to take you around the resort property and the driver named Jose was so nice he told me to ask the staff to call him once am done with wine tasting so he can drive me back to my car which is on the Spanish side (other end) . Back to the hot air ballooning, there’s 2 photographers who will approach you in case you wish to capture more of your experience, I have not seen it yet as takes 2 weeks for collating and editing with your own choice of music . It came with drones flying and it started with taking photos of you with all the other balloons just as it’s getting prep and taking off. The company allows you to carry your own insta360 camera and so I had good footage also from that . My first time in hot air balloon in another country was amazing too and how I wish I had a video cam that time but didn’t . So I love that they offer this as an option for a fee of course. Overall I don’t mind doing it again as I remember saying that while I was up . What would have been better is if I had timed it so that I see grapes in the vineyards . We saw olives. We flew really low also and it was fun talking to people below . One guy tourist in a robe still was filming us from the resort cottage while I also was filming him . We were almost just above the roofs .

We had an amazing time with A Grape Escape! My wife and I went on lovely balloon ride over the Temecula valley, with pristine views, and perfect weather, particularly for December. Rusty was phenomenal as our pilot, and was calm and competent throughout the flight. The entire process, from start to finish, was very smooth and seamless. It was clearly a process they are accustomed to, despite some of the unknown factors with a balloon ride. Altogether, we would highly recommend them for any balloon adventures!
