private tours in Addis Ababa and Mount Entoto

Published on Feb, 2025

We booked two day tours in Addis Ababa with Daily Addis Tours. The first tour included the highlights of Addis Ababa. With the Visit To Mount Entoto Yonas Motbaynor , the manager, tailored for us a tour that suited our interests well. Adisu the guide was very professional and knowledgeable and made the tour most enjoyable. He shared with us his excellent knowledge of the history of Addis Ababa and the current development of the city. The driver, Alemayhu navigated Addis hectic traffic, with much skill and patience. On the second day, What made our tour very special was the professionality of our guide Adisu, and our driver Alemayhu . Both of them made substantial efforts to ensure that our day would be perfect and all our questions will be answered. The short hike to Mount Entoto was especially exciting as well the final stop at the botanic gardens at the entrance to Addis on the way back. Overall, we felt that we made a very good choice with Daily Addis tours. They fully fulfilled all our expectations and contributed to the success of our journey. We highly recommend their services

Great experience With Yonas!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Yonas on the Mount Entoto tour! He was an outstanding guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about showing us a side of mount Entoto And Addis Ababa that most travelers don’t get to see. The tour was eye-opening and extremely educational, providing a nuanced understanding of life, resilience, and community in these neighborhoods. Yonas made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout, answering all our questions and giving us so much insight into the history, culture, and everyday lives of the people here. His enthusiasm and deep respect for the Villagers who lives around Mount Entoto that we visited were truly inspiring. If you're looking for a tour that's both engaging and enlightening, I highly recommend booking a trip with Yonas. It was a memorable, meaningful experience that left us with a much deeper appreciation for Addis Abab.

We were so glad to go with Daily Addis tours. Our guide was Yonas. We were visiting Addis Ababa for first time and were very anxious. But this company made it so easy. Communication was on point. We never had to followup with anything. They were forthcoming on everything. Yona. is excellent guide. He speaks excellent English. He is always on time to start the day and comminucates really well. explains about everything so thoroughly and answers all questions patiently. He is the best. We got lucky to have him as our guide. even went out of his way to clear confusion on our flight schedule with customer service.
