Overview

Meeting at the Hotel or Accommodation with your guide. We will then depart on a private tour, where only your group will travel, in a comfortable luxury car or mini-van. First visit will be in the village of Sintra where you will be able to admire its gardens and palaces with free time for yourself. Afterwards, we will pass by Castelo dos Mouros and Palácio da Pena, where we can make stops to admire and also photograph these beautiful monuments. Stop at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of Europe. We will then pass by Praia do Guincho and the natural park with beautiful sand dunes, arriving later at Boca do Inferno and Cascais where we will make the last stop. This whole trip can be fully adjusted to taste or preference. You can visit one or more palaces if you wish, or see more beaches or even unique wine tastings in Colares.     Already after going down the mountain we arrive at Guincho beach, wild place and good for water sports, such as surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing. Possible stop at this location.

  • Boca do Inferno

    Passing through this iconic oceanfront location with spectacular rock formations, also a traditional shopping area and cafes. You can stop here if you understand.

Small group and flexible sight seeing schedule was the best part. Best value for the money. The tour driver was cooperative but needs to be a safe driver.

We booked online last minute the night before for a 9am pick-up from our hotel and the trip was confirmed within minutes. Fernando was great! He was on time, very knowledgeable, and fun. Only downside was not having much time at the Palace of Sintra or Cascais, but we only booked a 4 hour tour. We did have plenty of time walking around the town of Sintra and it was adorable. In hindsight, we probably should have booked a 6 or 8 hour tour, but that’s of no fault of our guide and would highly recommend booking with this company!

It was an amazing short trip through all the magnificent places near Lisbon. We had an amazing tour guide , she was such a nice human being and she explained everything throughout the whole journey. We laso had lot of insightful and interesting discussion. I would recommened this tour and i would love to have it again soon. Thank you

Our guide, Diogo, was very sweet, knowledgeable and relaxed. We hit bad weather, so beware of rainy, foggy days as best you can. Even though we didn’t get to see the castle due to the weather we enjoyed Sintra, their delicious pastry, and the coastal route back to Lisbon.

We enjoyed the whole trip. Even after accidentally putting the wrong address for our pick up, Luis was able to find us! We started in the Cascais area which was lovely, and stopped at Cabo de Roca (the most western edge of the European continent) and finished the trip with a 45 minute excursion into Sintra town. Beautiful scenery! And Luis was incredibly knowledgeable of both the area and attractions, but also the extensive history, including pre-Roman times which was incredible given we love history. Luis even dropped us off in another part of town so we could explore a new area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an easy private tour and looking to fit a ton of sites into a small period of time
