Overview
Riding in Mexico is a wonderful experience especially when you ride with a local #veloguide who has insider knowledge. Any apprehension will quickly disappear as you head on a beautiful and quiet ride east of Bucerias.  You will ride for approximately 25-30 kms round trip and stop whenever necessary. This ride includes small snacks and water along the way if requested.  There is a 2 hour time limit so the kms may be cut back a bit.
Your VeloGuide(s) will give support to all levels of riders and you will see a part of the Mexican countryside you haven't seen before. Â Beautiful farms, quaint towns, and amazing riding.
Itinerary
Guests on our unique Bucerias horse tour can expect an immersive adventure starting in the scenic rural area of Valle de Banderas (the Valley of Flags), known for its rolling hills and lush countryside. Unlike standard beach rides, this tour takes you off the beaten track to trails where local vaqueros (cowboys) and community members ride, offering an authentic taste of local culture and life.
Along the way, you’ll learn basic horsemanship and truly experience what it’s like to ride through the beautiful, untouched landscape. From panoramic views to vibrant local flora, the peaceful ambiance of the countryside provides a unique connection to nature. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rider, this tour promises adventure, cultural insight, and memories of exploring paths rich with tradition.
