Known as 'the Pearl of the Renaissance', the State Castle of Cesky Krumlov is one of the most important historic sites in Central Europe. You'll travel by coach from Prague through the beautiful south Bohemian countryside passing picturesque villages and ponds. The whole town of Cesky Krumlov is on the UNESCO Heritage list, comprising 300 historic houses, the castle and chateau.

An Excellent Trip

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip to the beautiful Cesky Krumlov. Our guide, Eva, made the visit so interesting - both en route and while in the town itself. We learnt a lot about Czech history, art and architecture. Walking around the quaint, unspoilt town was a delight. Comfortable footwear is a must, as it's cobbles and hilly! So many stunning viewpoints - great photo opportunities! The beautiful autumn weather was an added bonus. All in all- a perfect day out!
