Overview

Departure from Trapani with 8-seater minivan. Arrival in Erice and panoramic tour of the town, release to Porta Trapani for free time and souvenirs. We recommend visiting some of the town's churches, the Castle of Venus and the particular narrow streets of the medieval city. Erice has a breathtaking view of the Sicilian coast. You can visit it all year round and it is famous for its medieval villages and ancient traditions. At the end of the visit at the time agreed with the driver, you return to Trapani.

A great short day trip

Vincenzo the driver was excellent. He gave us a thorough background on Erice and provided us with maps and printed details of the history of Erice. The views of Trapani, the sea, and the mountains are amazing. The town itself has incredible architecture.

Arrived on Windstar cruise ship and enjoyed time with Driver/Guide in Erice. Advice to wear good walking shoes as streets are very steep and walkway limestone pavers can be slippery at times.
